Practice like a Kenyan to improve your running speed. In Kenyan training, the first third of your run should be at a slow pace. As your run progresses, gradually increase the pace. While you are in the middle third, increase your pace to run at normal speed. Then, as you approach the last leg of your run, you should reach your fastest pace. If you practice this you will build the amount of distance and speed.

TIP! Always mix in some variety into your workout and exercise routine. That way, you won’t get bored and decide to skip a workout.
